CITY CORNER

City Corner
is a current events program bringing you timely and relevant information about St. Louis’ people, places, and events. City officials, Community leaders, and others discuss topics like business and economics, sports and entertainment, or neighborhoods and health. For the latest on what’s happening around the ‘corner’ tune in to City Corner.

St. Louis Architecture - A new book features photos and extensive text about St. Louis structures and buildings from the 1800's to present day. Hosted by Steve Potter.

Bellefontaine Cemetary - Host Sarah Thompson interviews author Carol Ferring Shepley about her award-winning book "Movers and Shakers, Scalawags and Suffragettes: Tales from Bellefontaine Cemetery," which explores the history of the cemetery and those laid to rest there.

Reflections of Fatherhood - This month's City Corner explores the idea of fatherhood. The first guest is artist Cbabi Bayoc who started a new project this year entitled 365 Days of Dad. This project challenges Cbabi to paint one picture a day for a year that reflects the diversity of fatherhood in today's society. The second guest is Chester Deanes of the Fatherhood Support Center, St. Louis. The Center provides workshops and legal assistance to men to help them on their journey through the ins and outs of fatherhood.
